Account

You need a Brand Peel account to enter the desktop workspace. The account authenticates requests to Brand Peel's API and keeps track of starter credits, Pro subscription status, and AI usage. It is not a cloud project account: Brand Peel does not synchronize your creative workspace between devices.

Signing in

The first time you open Brand Peel, the registration form is shown by default. Enter your name, email address, and a password of at least eight characters, or switch to Sign in if you already have an account.

On later launches, Brand Peel shows the sign-in form first when it finds a previously stored user profile.

Free trial

An eligible new account can claim a one-time free trial with:

• 5 starter credits
• No credit card required
• Unlimited local brand projects
• Access to the same creation tools as Pro, with AI generation limited by the starter balance

The starter balance does not expire or refresh. A grant is limited to one per account and one per device, and the app must be able to verify the device. See Credits and Usage for the eligibility rules and action costs.

What stays on your device

Brand Peel saves its creative state in the app's local data directory. This includes:

• Brand projects and chat transcripts
• Brand Identity, Visual Identity, and Brand Guidelines documents
• Themes, logo assets, and Resource Generator history
• Design Sandbox chats, artifacts, and revisions

These files are not synchronized to your Brand Peel account. You can open the data directory from Info > Export Data in the sidebar.

What is sent when you use AI

Local storage does not mean the app never uses the network. When you request an AI action, Brand Peel sends the prompt and the context needed for that request to its API. Depending on the action, that context can include prior messages, brand documents, theme values, or attachments you selected. The generated response returns to the app and is then saved with your local project.

Brand Peel's service also processes the account session, device proof, subscription state, and usage records needed for authentication and billing. Account setup, AI generation, usage refreshes, checkout, and update checks therefore require an internet connection.

Image-generation records can retain the prompt together with the selected model, provider, usage, and result status. Brand Peel does not use your content for model training.

You can continue to review and edit already-saved local work without making an AI request.

Account controls

• Your credit balance or Pro quota appears near the bottom of the sidebar
• Select Upgrade there when it is available to open the Pro checkout
• Open the user menu in the sidebar footer to Sign out

Brand Peel does not currently provide profile or password editing inside the desktop app.
